ROSEN METHOD BODYWORK & MOVEMENT Introductory Workshop in San Jose
With Sarah Dandridge and Patricia Angelina
March 15 – 16, 2014
at SAN JOSE QUAKER MEETING HOUSE (1041 Morse Street, San Jose CA, 95126)

Rosen Method & Self-Care
Rosen Method bodywork is unique for its sensitive, respectful and transformative touch. It benefits people who seek deeper connection with themselves and others. Such connection brings forth fuller functioning in all aspects of life.

Many health care providers — including caregivers, nurses, psychotherapists, and bodyworkers — have attended Rosen Method workshops to recharge their own batteries; to attend to their own self-care; and to redirect attention to their own healing needs. This work can help you and in turn deepen the care you give to others.

Join us for demonstrations, discussions, movement and hands-on exercises. The workshop will provide an opportunity to both give and receive Rosen Method bodywork. We teach through demonstrations, practice, sharing experiences, and discussion of theory.

Introductory workshops are taken for personal growth, continuing education and/or as a prerequisite for Rosen Method certification programs. No previous experience of bodywork is necessary.
