Fall Weekly Rosen Method Movement Course on Zoom

Inhabit Your Life with Embodied Awareness and Joy!

Rosen Method Movement re-awakens your capacity to move with ease and inhabit yourself with deeper awareness and self-compassion.  The hallmark of Rosen Method Movement is the simplicity of the movements, which is supported by music and invites the body to move naturally and freely.

These 7 weekly sessions will include movement classes, sharing circles, embodied anatomy, an exploration of the components of Rosen Method Movement, and many opportunities for embodied personal learning and growth.

Option 1: Taken as a whole, the seven weekly sessions comprise one full Intensive in the Rosen Method Movement Training Program.

Option 2: The first 3 sessions (Sept. 18, 25, and October 2) may be taken to comprise an “Introductory Workshop”.

Whether taking the Introductory Workshop or the full Intensive, classes may be taken for personal and professional growth or for teaching training purposes.

You do not need to be affiliated with the RMIC to participate in these classes.
