Self-Awareness & Presence Through Rosen Method Bodywork and Movement

The Rosen Method is a unique form of Bodywork that uses sensitive gentle touch and words to alleviate chronic muscle tension and promote deep relaxation.
The Rosen Method is founded on the importance of the mind-body connection and the link between our emotions and physical bearing.

Rosen Method helps you discover your inner self, leading to a greater sense of purpose, vitality, confidence and emotional and physical awareness. Relieving chronic tension helps overcome your physical barriers, giving you opportunities for greater expression, motion and freedom to enjoy your true self.

  • Learn how connecting with tension in the body through Rosen Method
can invite relaxation and can help to access your inner strength and energy.
  • Gain a greater understanding of the role of emotions in creating muscle tension and how your emotions move through and shape the body.
  • Learn the beginning steps to cultivating a presence that is receptive and open to others while remaining grounded and supported by your body.
MARIETTE BERINSTEIN, Executive Director, Rosen Method Institute Canada Inc. Senior Teacher with over 20 years experience who trained with and assisted Marion Rosen, Founder of Rosen Method. Mariette has a private practice in West Vancouver & Roberts Creek, BC.
