The 4-Day Fundamentals in Rosen Method Bodywork workshop introduces participants to the theory of Rosen Method. Participants will learn the history and fundamentals of Rosen Method Bodywork. The workshop offers many opportunities for personal and professional growth.
The workshop is held at the Cascadia Centre in Roberts Creek, BC and offers participants the a relaxing residential experience with comfortable accommodations and beautiful catering from a talented local chef.
This workshop can benefit those with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction or anyone looking for personal development, renewal, continuing education and knowledge of the human body and emotional wellness.
Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of Rosen Method theory including the mind/body connection and connections between muscle tension and emotion. They will be able to demonstrate understanding of the importance of self-awareness and its relation to the principals of Rosen Method.
This workshop can be a pre-requisite for the Certified Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner Training program. Those interested in attending should experience a Rosen Method session or be interviewed by the Director of Teaching or Executive Director of the Rosen Method Institute Canada prior to registration in the workshop.
